Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain world-class Elixir applications and high-performance APIs. The role works with engineers, architects, QA, product managers, and external stakeholders to optimize reliability, scalability, API security, integrations, documentation, architecture decisions, and technical best practices. The role is 100% remote and requires availability during CET business hours.
Minimum 7 years of software development experience with substantial professional Elixir development experience; Phoenix experience, with LiveView as a plus; production experience delivering secure and performant Elixir applications; RESTful API design experience; database experience with PostgreSQL and SQLite; Git; Agile and Kanban experience; familiarity with AWS, cloud architecture, containerization, and orchestration; experience with external clients, partners, and vendors. Bonus points for travel or lifestyle industry experience, event-driven architecture, team or project leadership, full-stack React experience, and end-to-end application architecture.
