Engineering leadership experience with people and process management; ability to work hands-on with the codebase when necessary; technical guidance and troubleshooting; quality and efficiency ownership; sprint planning; recruiting; mentoring; engineering-wide initiatives; ability to work with a stack including Ruby on Rails, React, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
