Requisitos
12+ years building AI/ML systems with production experience; modern LLM stack including frontier models, RAG, vector databases, agentic frameworks, evals, and guardrails; spec-and-harness model with agentic coding tools; large complex project leadership; integrating ML and generative models with web and mobile apps; executive stakeholder communication; technical founder, co-founder, or founding engineer background at an AI company.
